Role Description

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

Proficiency in customer service tools and technologies, such as CRM systems

Problem-solving and organizational skills to handle customer queries efficiently

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide solutions

Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred

Knowledge of the beauty, tattoo, or body art industry is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a bonus
