Content Marketing Specialist

SUMMARY
This position is an in-office position and is classified as a non-exempt (hourly) employee and will report to the Marketing Manager.

We are looking for a versatile and strategic Content Marketing Specialist who fits our collaborative culture with a heavy emphasis on product marketing. You will be responsible for producing deliverables that showcase our products, ensuring that every piece of content—from website copy to sales collateral—effectively bridges the gap between our technical innovation and the customer’s specific needs. In this role, you won't just write; you will analyze product features and translate them into "why it matters" for our Education and Corporate buyers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be overseeing the following essential responsibilities:

Create high-utility assets, including technical blog posts, one-pagers, battle cards, feature-benefit matrices, and other resources as needed

Create sales enablement materials and assets to support internal marketing campaigns to the sales team and external partners

Tailor content to specific targeted markets and verticals (e.g., K-12, Higher Ed, Corporate, Athletics), ensuring the content speaks to the unique pain points of each audience

Build and update blogs within WordPress, optimizing for search terms that reflect buyer intent

Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to transform technical specifications into user-friendly "How-To" guides and feature articles

Utilize Jira to manage your production pipeline, ensuring product launches meet strict deadlines and strategic priorities

Partner with the Senior Marketing Strategist to develop high-conversion product descriptions, promotional copy, and digital ad sets for e-commerce platforms

Assist in the strategic planning of content for both Clear Touch and Clear Digital brand portfolios

Report on campaign performance, list health, and conversion metrics to the Lead Marketing Specialist

Repurpose content created by the team into high-value content pieces that can be utilized on various platforms and at various parts of the funnel

REQUIREMENTS
You will catch our attention and be our preferred candidate if you have the following:

An undergraduate degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or other related fields OR 2 years of experience in the related field.

1-2 years experience in Product Marketing or B2B and B2C Content Marketing, specifically within a hardware or SaaS environment

Experience with Shopify or e-commerce website

Strong understanding of CRM segmentation and HTML/CSS for email.

A strong portfolio of bottom of the funnel deliverables (ex. Battle cards, one-pagers, etc)

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

A passion for learning new technologies and trends in the interactive industry.
