Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) with 5+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales. This is a high-impact remote sales role focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and engaging key decision-makers within target accounts.
You will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting up high-value meetings for the closing team.
Key Responsibilities

Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) targeting B2B SaaS buyers
Identify and engage decision-makers (VP, Director, C-level) across target industries
Qualify leads based on ICP, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT or MEDDIC frameworks)
Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
Develop personalized, data-driven outreach strategies for target accounts
Maintain and manage pipeline activity using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns
Consistently exceed KPIs including meetings booked, pipeline generated, and conversion rates
