Salary and Shift Differentials
Starting pay is $20.25 an hour for both part‑time and full‑time positions.

Overnights: $3 per hour

Evenings: $0.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Assist people supported in receiving needed medical services and communicate and document pertinent information as per program policy (e.g., medication administration, transportation to appointments).

Ensure an adequate amount of medication is on site for each individual at all times.

Provide communication to residential site staff to ensure physician and clinical orders are understood and followed.

Make recommendations to the RN and/or health care provider to maintain and/or improve the overall health and wellness of individuals supported.

Complete required paperwork on a daily or as needed basis.

Provide transportation to appointments with agency vehicles.

Use various software platforms for specific job functions.

Qualifications

A valid NYS driver's license with an acceptable driving record, per agency policy, and reliable transportation to and from work is required.

The physical ability to transfer and lift people with mobility restraints.

The drive to help others with personal goals and work in a team environment.

The ability to efficiently use a computer.
