Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Consult with business partners to develop appropriate data measurement strategy
Identify gaps between technical tagging specifications and business requirements related to digital analytics implementation
Support technical developer teams in implementation of digital tagging solutions by providing guidance on analytics implementation best practices
Test analytics tags on web pages and mobile apps and validate data in Adobe Analytics
Identify and diagnose data tagging inconsistencies and errors, propose solutions to fix issues
Consult with analysts and developers regarding tagging best practices
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years web analytics experience in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch or Google Analytics at a large enterprise organization
Experience translating business goals into specific KPIs and measurement strategies
Experience QAing analytics tags in both web and app
Experience working on an ecommerce and/or retail site a plus
Ability to effectively share technical information, communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business
Strong skills in successfully communicating technical requirements to engineers
Ideal Experience:
Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch experience is a must; AEM and Adobe Target experience are strongly preferred
Experience in customer experience management solutions or session replay technologies is preferred
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required.
5-7 years’ experience required.
