• Manage and own service quality, cost, and leadership of the people delivering service.
• Growing the business through noiseless delivery.
• Accountable for delivering service and achieving business goals of the assigned Mobilization, Technology Delivery Services, Solution Development, Shared Services, or Delivery Excellence and Innovation program or function.
• Lead the delivery strategy to meet and deliver on the value proposition to our clients.
• Confidently and proactively support sales through solutioning, lead the execution of the solution plan.
• Has accountability for and track record of successful business results.
• Pursues and cultivates business relationships and alliances.
• Growing understanding of the business strategy to be able to act as an advocate and influencer of others.
• Value creation; share ideas relating to strategic opportunities
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in service delivery
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing sales teams
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience standing up new inside sales accounts
• Large scale digital ad sales delivery experience
• Client engagement experience
• Global experience
