About the Role:

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan to build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and maintain maximum occupancy. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing strong community relationships and generating admissions through referrals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive facility marketing plan, identifying both short-term and long-term goals through market research and competitor analysis.
Manage the entire sales process, including handling initial inquiries, conducting facility tours, and closing to maintain maximum occupancy.
Build and maintain strong community relationships by identifying public speaking opportunities and educating medical professionals on new services.
Manage marketing databases and ensure consistent follow-up contact with all prospects to drive admissions.
Create and distribute promotional materials, including articles, newsletters, bulletins, and multi-media advertisements for both internal and external audiences.
Manage individual marketing campaign finances and strictly adhere to the departmental budget.
Qualifications:

Minimum of a High School Diploma.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, public relations, or advertising.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, including email, and experience developing multi-media campaigns.
Exceptional telephone and communication skills, with a specific desire to work closely with senior adults.
The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects concurrently, and handle the mental/emotional stress of the position.
Must possess suitable transportation to visit potential residents, hospitals, and doctors, and be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
