- Answering phone calls, DMs, emails, and website inquiries
- Qualifying leads and logging them into our CRM later
- Giving tours of Sankofa Haus 2 - 3 days a week between specific times.
- Sending proposals, contracts, and follow-ups
- Keeping our calendar organized and making sure contracts/payments are in order
- Weekly reporting: "Here's how many new leads, tours, proposals, and bookings we got."
