Sales Manager (Team Leadership & Revenue Growth)
We're hiring a high-performing Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a results-driven sales team for one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to build winning sales teams, loves coaching and performance management, understands the full sales cycle deeply, thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments, and can turn pipeline data into actionable growth strategies. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving team performance, optimizing sales processes, and building scalable sales systems.
This is not a passive management role — we're looking for a hands-on sales leader who actively drives execution, accountability, and results.
Sales Team Leadership & Coaching
Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team
Set KPIs, quotas, activity metrics, performance expectations
Conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, call reviews, performance feedback sessions
Build a strong, competitive, and collaborative sales culture
Sales Strategy & Execution
Drive execution across the full sales process: prospecting, qualification, demos, follow-ups, negotiations, closing
Develop sales strategies that improve conversion rates, pipeline velocity, revenue growth
Analyze sales data to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, underperformance trends
Onboarding & Sales Enablement
Own onboarding and ramp-up process for new sales hires
Train team members on sales processes, objection handling, communication, CRM workflows
Improve sales scripts, playbooks, outreach messaging, sales processes
Ensure the team maintains strong product and market knowledge
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, Leadership
Align lead generation, messaging, pipeline quality, customer experience
Support seamless handoffs between sales and delivery teams
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
Review and manage sales pipelines daily
Monitor close rates, deal progression, forecasting accuracy, rep activity metrics
Deliver accurate forecasts and performance reporting to leadership
Ensure CRM hygiene and consistent pipeline tracking
What We're Looking For
Core Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales management, business development, account management
Proven track record of hitting/exceeding revenue targets, managing successful sales teams
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Deep understanding of outbound sales, pipeline management, lead conversion, deal closing
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Comfortable managing performance in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, B2B services, staffing/recruiting, agency environments
Experience building sales playbooks, onboarding systems, enablement materials
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience scaling remote sales teams
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Lead sales standups and coaching sessions
Review pipelines and rep performance metrics
Conduct call reviews and deal strategy discussions
Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality and campaigns
Improve scripts, messaging, and sales workflows
Forecast revenue and identify pipeline risks
Support reps with closing opportunities and overcoming objections
