Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a network of candidates and clients within technical and infrastructure‑related industries

Research and identify potential candidates and hiring managers using professional networks and recruiting tools

Conduct candidate outreach, initial screenings, and support interview processes

Assist with reference checks and candidate coordination

Help promote REC’s services and contribute to business development efforts

Support negotiations and help move opportunities through the hiring process

Requirements
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships

Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to learn

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Interest in industries such as Civil, Construction, Oil & Gas, Power, Mining, Transportation, IT, Water/Wastewater, and Environmental

Preferred (Not Required)

Sales experience or an entrepreneurial background

Exposure to recruiting or staffing

This is an ideal role for someone looking to get their foot in the door in recruiting, learn from experienced professionals, and grow into a full recruiter role over time.
