We are seeking a full-time

Business Development Manager

to join our team at CUDigilend! This individual will lead the company's business development activities to achieve growth objectives, working closely with the marketing team and managing pipeline activities.

NOTE: Ideally looking for candidates in the Midwest butopen to locationsin other US time zones.

What You'll Do

Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification through demos, proposal development, and closing.

Drive sales activities to meet KPI's to support revenue growth, brand awareness, and product adoption.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce and online prospecting tools.

Lead sales of key products and services including cross-selling to existing clients.

Collaborate with the marketing department on campaigns, messaging, and collateral.

Onboard new clients and educate them on other solutions to meet needs.

Gather and manage the appropriate information in Salesforce to provide timely, accurate data relative to sales and pipeline development.

Build strong relationships with the partner sales team and key stakeholders and hold regular meetings.

Support additional sales and client engagement initiatives as appropriate.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of full-cycle sales or client relations experience required.

Experience working within a financial institution or loan processing experience.

Effective in presenting webinars and leading sales conversations via phone and Zoom.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a start-up and fast-paced environment.

Superior written and verbal communication, relationship-building, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.

Willingness to travel nationwide as needed (~25% or less)
