The Role
We are hiring an
Account Manager
focused on
new client acquisition and early-stage account growth .
This role owns the
first 12–18 months of the client lifecycle , where the impact is highest.
You will:
Acquire new lender relationships (new logos)
Onboard and stabilize new clients
Drive early-stage growth and engagement
Transition accounts once they are established
This is a
sales-first role , not a maintenance role.
What You’ll Own
Generate and close
new business opportunities
Build relationships with lenders, branch managers, and decision-makers
Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure a strong launch
Identify and execute early expansion opportunities
Partner with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience
Maintain pipeline and activity in CRM
Other duties as assigned
What Success Looks Like
Consistent
new logo acquisition
Strong onboarding execution and client adoption
Revenue growth within the first 12–18 months
Smooth transition of stabilized accounts
Who You Are
2+ years in
sales, business development, or account management
Proven ability to
generate new business and close deals
Comfortable in a
high-activity, outbound environment
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
Highly accountable and results-driven
Preferred
Mortgage, lending, or appraisal industry experience
Experience managing early-stage client relationships
