Integrated Media Director (Non-Profit)

- Compensation: $125,000—$181,000 USD (range varies by location and experience)

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact, building trust and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
- Lead strategic planning for full‑funnel fundraising campaigns, from awareness through conversion and retention.
- Provide expertise in fundraising best practices, including donor acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (creative, digital, social, email, SMS, SEO and Search) to execute integrated campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- Identify growth opportunities with clients and support revenue generation through strategic initiatives.
- Represent the agency at client meetings and in thought leadership discussions.
- Get deeply involved in clients’ businesses, ensuring we beat—not just meet—our commitments.
- Design and deliver integrated, test‑and‑learn media solutions, bringing the right Brainlabs capabilities together to unlock growth.
- Lead client testing roadmaps, continually finding new ways to earn incremental impact.
- Act as the senior day‑to‑day client lead, building trusted relationships with mid‑level and senior stakeholders.
- Lead forecasting, planning, measurement, and reporting, using data to drive clear decisions and accountability.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience delivering full‑service, integrated media solutions, ideally within the fundraising vertical.
- Experience at an independent media agency.
- Channel planning experience with a strong integrated media planning and strategy background.
- Fluency in modern measurement, including outputs from MMM and MTA models.
- A systems‑thinking mindset, able to connect channels, platforms, and measurement into cohesive strategies.
- End‑to‑end understanding of full‑service agency delivery, from strategy through activation and optimisation.
- Strong client leadership skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and translate complex challenges into clear media solutions.
- Ability to thrive working in person with clients and teams.
