Visual Arts - Art Studio Temporary Pool
Commonwealth University's Department of Visual Arts seeks applicants for temporary faculty positions in Studio Art as needs arise. Based on the specific needs of the department at the time of appointment, a successful applicant must be qualified to teach introductory and/or upper-level courses in multiple visual arts mediums, which could include: sculpture; ceramics; digital foundations; printmaking; 2D Design; 3D Design and/or graphic design.

Duties - Based on the specific needs of the department at the time of appointment, a successful applicant must be qualified to teach introductory and/or upper-level courses in Art Studio.
Qualifying Experience and Education (Minimum/Preferred) - Master of Fine Art (MFA) in Studio Art. A strong academic background, college teaching experience and a strong record of current exhibitions or professional activity preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations preferred. Candidates should be prepared for the possibility of teaching classes online.
