Director, Product Marketing & Go-to-Market

Key Responsibilities:
Develop product and solution positioning frameworks across Flowco's portfolio.
Define target audiences, buyer/user needs, customer pain points, value propositions, differentiators, proof points, and product narratives.
Translate technical product information into clear, customer-focused messaging for marketing, sales, and internal teams.
Build messaging architecture that supports campaigns, sales materials, website content, trade shows, customer presentations, and product education.
Ensure product messaging is consistent, accurate, differentiated, and aligned with Flowco's broader portfolio strategy.
Own product-focused go-to-market strategy for priority products, services, launches, and portfolio initiatives.
Develop GTM briefs that define audience, positioning, key messages, customer problems, competitive context, required assets, internal readiness needs, and success measures.
Identify how products and solutions should be packaged, prioritized, and activated across marketing and sales channels.
Support launch readiness for new products, acquired capabilities, expanded service lines, and under-marketed product categories.
Provide strategic direction for product-focused campaigns, sales enablement, website updates, trade show messaging, and internal rollout plans.
Own the sales enablement strategy for priority product lines and solution areas.
Identify gaps in product understanding, sales narratives, customer objections, competitive positioning, and collateral needs.
Develop strategic direction for sales talk tracks, pitch narratives, battlecards, objection handling, product comparisons, and training materials.
Ensure Sales is equipped with clear, accurate, and compelling product messaging that supports customer conversations and growth priorities.
Create a roadmap for product-focused sales enablement needs across Flowco's portfolio.
Monitor competitor positioning, industry trends, customer expectations, and product marketing approaches within oilfield services, production optimization, artificial lift, vapor recovery, compression, and energy technology.
Identify opportunities for Flowco to differentiate its products and solutions in the market.
Translate market and competitive insights into actionable product positioning, GTM recommendations, and sales enablement strategies.
Help ensure Flowco's product messaging is both commercially relevant and distinct from traditional industry competitors.
Create repeatable product marketing frameworks, templates, and processes that improve clarity and consistency across Flowco's portfolio.
Establish GTM planning standards for product launches, solution campaigns, sales enablement initiatives, and underdeveloped product lines.
Maintain product marketing inputs that support internal alignment, campaign planning, sales readiness, and customer-facing messaging.
Help build a stronger product marketing discipline across Flowco without duplicating existing brand, creative, digital, or operational functions.

Qualifications: Required:
8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, portfolio marketing, sales enablement, or strategic B2B marketing.
Experience in oil and gas, energy technology, oilfield services, industrial services, manufacturing, or another technical B2B environment strongly preferred.
Proven ability to develop product positioning, value propositions, GTM briefs, sales enablement strategies, and competitive messaging.
Strong ability to translate technical product information into clear, customer-focused marketing and sales narratives.
Experience supporting product launches, campaign planning, sales enablement, and cross functional go-to-market initiatives.
Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, customer segmentation, competitive differentiation, and sales motions.
Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple product lines, priorities, stakeholders, and business needs.
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
