Commercial Director – Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills
Beverly Wilshire is one of Four Seasons’ iconic properties, located at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive. This role is part of the Hotel Leadership team and will lead and shape the commercial strategy of the hotel.

Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to the Sales, Catering, Conference Planning, Public Relations and Revenue Management teams, ensuring all activities are revenue‑focused.
- Lead the Hotel’s executive leadership team, directing and overseeing all sales and commercial activities across Sales, Catering, Conference Services, Public Relations, Marketing Communications and Revenue Management.
- Develop the local hotel brand and narrative, including positioning, storytelling and programming.
- Execute and communicate commercial strategies to ownership, the hotel team and corporate office.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in a similar commercial leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Marketing preferred.
- Strong revenue and budget management skills.
- Creative flair for marketing and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work authorization for employment in the United States.

Salary
$190,000.00 - $210,000.00
