You are great at staying organized, and data doesn’t scare you. In fact, you love analyzing numbers, spotting trends and patterns, and using those insights to improve campaign performance and drive client success. Most of all, you care about helping clients succeed and providing a positive, professional experience along the way.
Responsibilities

Manage and optimize client digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Launch campaigns — from ad creation (copywriting, keywords, targeting research) to setup and monitoring.
Track campaign performance and create reports using Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards.
Create and analyze campaign performance and Google Analytics reports on a monthly and by-request basis.
Partner with Account Managers daily to implement campaign changes and prepare client reports.
Assist Account Managers with questions from current and past campaign information.
Monitor budgets, organize monthly billing, and perform spending and P&L audits.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve campaign performance and client results.
Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
A mix of analytical and creative thinking.
Confidence in managing details without losing sight of the big picture.
Solid communication and collaboration skills.
1–3 years of digital marketing or campaign management experience preferred (but if you’re a fast learner with the right attitude, we’ll teach you).
Have experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid platforms.
Know your way around Google Analytics and reporting tools.
Have worked with billing audits or campaign financial tracking.
