About the Role
We are hiring Autonomous Vehicle Operators (Safety Drivers) in Atlanta, GA to support testing and daily operations. As a Level 3 Vehicle Operator, you will help ensure the safety, readiness, and performance of self-driving vehicles in real‑world traffic conditions. This role works closely with engineering and operations teams while representing the company professionally in public settings.

Shift Options
Day Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM

Night Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles in live traffic environments.

Drive 48 hours per day with safety as the top priority.

Conduct vehicle inspections and basic preventative maintenance checks.

Support software and hardware testing operations.

Document observations, metrics, and testing results accurately.

Report technical issues and provide feedback to engineering teams.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness.

Assist with logistics, movement, and storage of vehicles and equipment.

Represent the company professionally during all operations.

Requirements

Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to drive for extended periods of time.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Basic technology and troubleshooting skills.

Attention to detail and proactive mindset.

No criminal history; must pass background and MVR checks.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.

Military experience is a plus.

Training Information
Selected candidates may attend 34 days of paid training in Las Vegas, NV during onboarding. Flights and hotel+per diem will be covered.
