The Marketing Manager is responsible for elevating the end-to-end client experience, strengthening client communications, and leading strategic marketing initiatives that support client retention, engagement, and growth. This role requires a versatile professional with a solid understanding of various marketing functions, a passion for client service, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. This position works closely with attorneys, trustees, family office professionals, legal administrative assistants and other personnel on a number of marketing and client service activities. Assignment involves multi-tasking of detail-oriented projects requiring a high degree of organization, technical and interpersonal skill.
Job Summary:
·Manage client communications, including development and collaboration on content, execution of email campaigns, and tracking and reporting engagement metrics. Continuously assess performance and identify ways to innovate.
·Develop and implement strategies to enhance client interactions, including client onboarding, coordinating and facilitating select client meetings, inbound inquiries, preparation of materials, presentations and follow-up actions, and client gifts.
·Manage client events, seminars, and receptions. This includes comprehensive coordination of an event including collaboration efforts with colleagues to deliver strategy, logistics, internal and external communications, budget, vendors, and follow-up activities.
·Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage client profiles, track marketing activities, and support reporting needs.
·Evaluate and research industry events, conferences and collaboration opportunities.
·Conduct client research, monitor trends, and stay abreast of new technologies and client/topic areas.
·Provides support on other strategic marketing and client service initiatives as needed.
Position Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required.
·5-7 years of marketing experience or the equivalent preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
·Experience with email marketing systems, content creation tools, client data, CRM software and processes.
·Strong multitasking and project management skills and demonstrated capabilities to manage multiple deadlines and changing project criteria.
·Event planning and management experience.
·Understanding of professional, law firm, family office and investment services preferred.
·Ability to show initiative and take a proactive approach to developing best practices and processes.
·Strong independent thinking and execution, and mature professional judgment.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Demonstrated team player who is self-motivated and can work independently with minimum supervision.
·Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.

The base salary range provided below reflects our good faith estimate of the expected starting compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final compensation offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including a candidate’s experience, qualifications, education, external market data, and internal equity considerations. In addition to base salary, employees receive other variable compensation based on their role and individual performance. $100,000 - $150,000.
