Responsibilities
You will work with a dedicated team on assigned client accounts for day-to-day maintenance and support.
Partner with the account team to professionally handle incoming customer requests and ensure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
Manage a high volume of incoming requests, communicate and prioritize independently, and coordinate with the broader team to resolve conflicting priorities.
Handle requests for creative pre-ingestion, tracking setup/taxonomy, and data questions with the Customer Support team; follow up and escalates to manager as needed.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc client deliverables.
Extract data insights from the iSpot/Ace platform and generate unique and compelling insights for customers.
Show passion and energy for storytelling based on data insights and a genuine interest in TV advertising optimization and research.
Proactively reach out to the account team to offer support when bandwidth allows.
Use appropriate resource materials to interpret, respond to, and resolve customer inquiries and problems effectively and accurately.
Support data compilation and analysis for client presentations and collaborate with the Account Manager on data‑driven storytelling.
Demonstrate critical thinking and time‑management ability in a fast‑paced environment.
Show enthusiasm, curiosity, and energy in supporting internal Account Managers and clients to ensure a positive iSpot experience.
Express interest in advancing your career to owning a portfolio of accounts in the future.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2–3 years of market research, marketing, advertising, or related experience preferred.
Knowledge of market research principles preferred but not required.

Target base cash compensation range: $68,680 – $82,760 USD annually. This role has a 90/10 split variable bonus.
We are committed to providing competitive, market‑informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full‑time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non‑exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre‑approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by factors unique to each candidate, including skills, experience, qualifications, and other job‑related reasons.
Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy
iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full‑time or part‑time office‑based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency. Those living near one of our offices (Bellevue, WA or New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1–3 days a week. Employees located further away will work a fully remote schedule.
