Position Summary

In this role, you will support the day‑to‑day operations of the communications function including coordination, prioritization, and execution of media and social community related projects. You will manage our social channels, broaden our media presence, and help grow and reinforce the Dalio Philanthropies mission and brand. Your work will also extend beyond Dalio Philanthropies and include other areas of the Dalio Family enterprise. This role will afford broad exposure to the highest priority initiatives for the organization, and you’ll report into to the Director of Strategy and Operations while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities would include a combination of the following:

Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
Work with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identify strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
Manage enterprise social media accounts including monitoring, posting, reporting
Keep track of related channels and accounts including calendaring and posting
Support the Communications Associate on various communications related projects and logistics
Maintain the Dalio Philanthropies website
Collect and archive media and press related to the organization
Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of professional working experience related to PR and/or social media
Experience at a PR/Comm agency is a plus
Strong competencies related to marketing and content creation
Experience in social and community management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is a plus
Savvy with various social media platforms especially Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook
Compensation:

Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $95, -$, (inclusive of a merit‑based bonus, dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package, including a comprehensive employer‑paid medical plan and generous employer match for k.
