Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Directors to meet revenue and activity objectives
Own and execute the Local Government segment sales strategy and align cross-functional efforts
Maintain executive-level presence and build senior-level customer relationships in local governments
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing Sales Directors or first-line leaders
Experience selling into Local Government, Public Sector, or regulated markets preferred
Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Demonstrated success in leading teams through complex sales cycles and large deal sizes
