Our client is a regional Marketing & Events Agency based in Saudi Arabia, seeking to hire an "Account Manager". The position is a remote job, in which the employee will based in Beirut, Lebanon and supporting the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategy and planning, as well as a proven track record of client pitching and management. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing the execution of marketing plans.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and building trust and rapport.
Work with clients to develop marketing strategies that align with their business objectives and target audience.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including identifying tactics, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee the execution of marketing plans, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Manage project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and digital, to ensure that all marketing materials are produced to the highest standards.
Prepare and deliver client pitches, including developing proposals, presenting capabilities, and negotiating contracts.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, including financial and legal requirements.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or events agency.
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and planning, with experience developing and executing marketing plans across various channels. (Omni, Social, BTL, ATL)
Proven track record of successfully pitching and managing client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the events industry is a plus.
