ProSidian seeks a Strategic Marketing and Communications Consultant for Program Support on an Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located Fort Bragg, NC across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting support services that supplement Soldier readiness and the well-being of the Army Family.
Seeking Strategic Marketing and Communications Consultant candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as DOA. This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Strategic Communications and Campaign Development Functional Area Professional - Public Messaging Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
Job Overview
Provide services and support as a Public Messaging (Strategic Marketing and Communications Consultant) in the DOD/Military Industry Sector focusing on Program / Project Management Solutions for clients such as Department of Army (DOA) | Fort Bragg Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Generally Located In Fort Bragg, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop flyers, QR-linked forms, campaign posters.
Design strategic messaging and promotional materials.
Analyze engagement data to improve messaging.
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications For Strategic Marketing and Communications Consultant Candidates:
Strong background in marketing or communications.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, or Graphic Design.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Skills Required
Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, writing/editing.
Competencies Required
Creativity, clarity, mission-driven messaging.
Ancillary Details Of The Roles
Supports Outreach Coordinator for events.
Provides materials for Training Specialist sessions.
Other Details
Aligns with Data Analyst for campaign reporting.
