ProSidian Seeks an Organizational Strategist | Strategic Planning Services [LFCISD0018017] for Program Support on a W-2 Exempt basis, supporting Los Fresnos, TX 78566, and across the CONUS - Southwest Area - Rio Grande Valley Region. The role supports the Los Fresnos Consolidated Independent School District (CISD), serving approximately 10,565 students across 14 schools, recognized for strong academic performance and named a National Advanced Placement District of the Year.
We are seeking candidates with relevant education and academia sector experience, including technical expertise, to support professional services engagement for clients like LFCISD. The position involves providing strategic planning services as a consultant, with potential to convert to a full-time employed W-2 role.
Job Overview

Provide consulting services in educational professional development, focusing on human capital solutions for clients such as Los Fresnos CISD and the broader region.
Responsibilities and Duties

Facilitate comprehensive strategic planning initiatives, including organizational strategy, change management, and strategic initiatives management.
Develop actionable, measurable plans aligning instructional improvement with district goals.
Design, advise, and implement strategic frameworks for educational transformation and growth.
Location

Located near Los Fresnos, TX, at 32703 State Highway 100, Los Fresnos, TX 78566.
Qualifications

Strong background in organizational strategy, educational leadership, or business consulting.
Experience leading reform efforts and district-wide improvement planning.
Security Clearance

Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance, with eligibility for Interim TS/SCI, in accordance with DoD security requirements.
Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing requirements.
