Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for a strategic, highly organized marketer who thrives in a cross-functional environment and can lead end-to-end campaign execution across complex stakeholder groups.

You will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on lifecycle communications and customer engagement. This position supports initiatives across age-restricted categories, including alcohol and retail media networks, and requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, project management, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, including planning, ideation, execution, and performance analysis
Develop campaign messaging and guide copy and creative asset development in partnership with internal teams
Manage campaign workflows, timelines, and approvals across multiple stakeholders and vendors
Execute and schedule campaigns across various marketing platforms
Conduct post-campaign reporting and translate performance data into actionable insights
Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and other internal teams to align on campaign objectives
Ensure all communications align with brand standards and regulatory requirements
Maintain strong organization across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or lifecycle marketing
Proven ability to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into insights and recommendations
Experience working in highly cross-functional environments
