We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who can manage campaigns, generate leads, and contribute to brand growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
Manage and coordinate digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and website content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc)
Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional assets
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reports
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Support event planning, trade shows (also travels with the team to the shows/exhibitions), and promotional activities
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Manage relationships with external distributors, dealers, vendors, agencies, and partners
Coordinate with dealers and service providers to generate content
Help develop marketing materials (flyers, presentations, blog posts, graphics)
Perform data analysis and modify strategies as required
Collaborate with team members locally and abroad, on driving and implementing marketing strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, Canva, Adobe, etc)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Spanish speaker
Strong organizational skills, proactive and self‑starter
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM
Graphic design, mockups or content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
Experience in B2B and with car industry marketing
