is recruiting a high-performing Business Development Manager (International Freight) on behalf of a rapidly expanding international freight forwarder.
Responsibilities
Proactively hunting and securing new B2B freight forwarding business across ocean, air, warehousing, and customs brokerage.
Targeting importers, exporters, and key supply chain decision-makers throughout the Eastern US.
Working closely with pricing and operations teams to deliver competitive, profitable proposals.
Consistently exceeding revenue and GP targets.
Requirements
Understanding of Transatlantic and Transpacific markets.
Strong grasp of Incoterms, customs processes, and global logistics operations.
Demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding sales and margin targets.
Willingness to travel as required.
