Sales Executive_New Business & Key Account Management
Your Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable logistics solutions (sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, etc.)
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Visit customers regularly to gather market trends and customer feedback
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations tailored to customer requests
• Develop new business opportunities and support key account activities as needed
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and quick issue resolution
• Handle special assignments or projects assigned by superior
Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree or Higher in related fields
• 1-5 years working experience in logistics sales (freight forwarding industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, and customs clearance processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Highly service-minded with strong customer focus and business development mindset
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to manage time efficiently
• Experience in key account management or tender management is a big plus.
