Our employer is an International Freight Forwarder and has an opening for a Sales Manager/Outside Sales, Ocean and Air freight (Remote). It's a Toronto-based international transportation solutions provider offering full freight forwarding, warehousing/distribution and trucking / intermodal services and we are looking for an energetic and person with experience in Ocean and Air freight sales to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Targeting International Sea and Air Export and Import business.
Ability to provide consolidation routes.
Find, develop, manage and maintain client relationships operationally
Accuracy of all quotes, and timely issue to the customer.
Develop optimal routing and pricing solutions to client’s transportation needs
Visit existing and potential customers to understand their needs and built with the Operational team a customized solution that perfectly fits with customer’s requirements.

Skills and Expertise:
An existing book of business is a must.
Existing provider relationship.
5+ years experience in a relevant forwarding or logistics sales position.
5+ years experience in Air & Sea Forwarding & Logistics.
Hardworking, Motivated, Outgoing, Forward Thinking & Results Driven.
Ability to work well in team environments.
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 a year plus commissions Vacation: three (3) weeks paid vacation.
