We’re partnering with our client, a major retail advertising organization, to find a talented Manager, Account Strategy. This hybrid—on-site Mon–Thu—temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to lead omnichannel advertising campaigns. Located at Walmart Connect, the position involves strategic planning, campaign execution, and client management within a dynamic environment.
Manager, Account Strategy Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive managed-service and self-service ad campaigns across various digital channels.
- Launch, monitor, and refine omnichannel advertising initiatives including paid search, programmatic display, digital sponsorships, CTV, social media, digital OOH, and in-store activations.
- Manage campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting from initial planning to completion.
- Convert marketing goals into precise data-driven media strategies and execution plans.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to develop strategic, data-driven media proposals aligned with client objectives and present performance insights and upsell opportunities.
Manager, Account Strategy Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience managing or consulting on digital media campaigns, including display, video, social, search, and programmatic channels.
- Strong understanding of digital media metrics such as CPM, ROAS, CPC, and CTR.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with proactive communication and solution-focused approaches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
