Marketing Manager

We're partnering with a leading staffing company to find a talented Remote Marketing Manager to support our client's education-focused team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to lead campaign strategies in a dynamic environment. The role is expected to last between 5 to 9 weeks, providing a chance to make a meaningful impact in the education services sector.

Remote Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate advertising efforts across paid digital platforms to attract candidates and promote the organization's brand.
Execute outreach initiatives via email and text automation to engage prospective candidates and school contacts.
Maintain and update candidate lists and manage recruiter tools such as ATS and professional networks.
Develop and implement targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Meta to generate leads.
Create and optimize email content, as well as maintain a social media content calendar, including visuals and posts.
Remote Marketing Manager Qualifications:

Over 3 years of experience in B2C or B2B marketing, preferably in fast-paced or growth environments.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and reporting.
Proven expertise in email marketing, lead generation, and CRM management, with knowledge of tools like Bullhorn ATS a plus.
Experience working with WordPress and familiarity with AI tools for productivity enhancement.
Excellent writing, communication, and content creation abilities, with basic skills in Canva or Photoshop.
