Responsibilities

Team Introduction The Emerging Verticals team builds and scales programs that grow high-quality creator supply across TikTok's content categories in North America. Our work sits at the intersection of product adoption and creator growth – helping creators discover features, build sustainable strategies, and set the standard for quality content at scale.
About the Role You'll manage and grow a portfolio of top creators – retaining them, deepening their platform engagement, and elevating them as showcases that raise the bar for content quality at scale. You'll serve as their primary point of contact, owning the relationship end-to-end while collaborating cross-functionally to align their work with platform priorities.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, select, and onboard creators against eligibility criteria, business priorities, and portfolio fit
Build trusted, long-term relationships that keep top talent deeply invested in TikTok
Translate platform data into actionable content strategies and coach creators on new features and tools
Develop, plan, and implement projects and initiatives to showcase top creators at key industry moments
Host in-person and virtual sessions covering best practices, product updates, and creator connection
Partner closely with Product, Comms, and Marketing to align creator work with platform priorities
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field
5+ years working experience focused on the creator and content ecosystem, ideally with experience at other top content, entertainment and social media/influencer platforms or companies or relevant industries
Comfort turning data into strategy – dashboards, self-serve tools, and basic querying
Sharp communicator, written and verbal, across all levels
High ownership mentality — you spot gaps and fix them
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience collaborating across global teams and time zones
Comfort working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly
Deep understanding of creator trends and tools across platforms
Experience managing a tiered or segmented creator/talent portfolio in the Food, Lifestyle, and/or Learning verticals
For Pay TransparencyCompensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103360 - $209380 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure). The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
