Position Overview
We are seeking a data-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead inbound marketing efforts across three growing divisions. This role will own organic search visibility, paid acquisition, website performance, and digital lead generation. Reporting to the Director of Business Development and partnering with division leadership, this individual will play a key role in building and optimizing our digital marketing engine to generate high-quality inbound leads. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to make a measurable impact across multiple business lines.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth
Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple websites and service lines
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for targeted industries and markets
Monitor rankings, traffic trends, and competitor activity
Paid Media & Lead Generation
Manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and retargeting
Optimize campaigns for cost per lead (CPL), ROI, and conversion performance
Test and refine targeting, messaging, and bidding strategies
Website Performance & Analytics
Track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and user experience
Deliver regular reporting on SEO, paid performance, and lead generation metrics
Content & Digital Strategy
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align content with SEO strategy
Support development of landing pages, case studies, and digital assets
Ensure consistency in messaging and brand presence across platforms
Collaboration & Growth Initiatives
Work closely with Business Development and division leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals
Collaborate with a Marketing Coordinator and external partners (e.g., web/marketing vendors)
Continuously test and optimize campaigns to drive measurable growth
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and campaign management
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, and analytics
Experience using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Preferred
Experience in B2B and industrial construction industries
Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead attribution
Experience working across multiple brands or business units
