Overview
HCT is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical professional to serve as an Interim Director of Pharmacy at a 50 bed hospital in WA.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee daily inpatient operations with focus on quality, regulatory preparedness, and compliance.
- Manage a staff team of 10.
- Interface with nurse managers and hospital leaders and provide regular report-outs.
- Serve as Pharmacy PIC (Person in Charge) as needed.
- Work in an inpatient pharmacy setting.
- Primarily Monday–Friday with weekend availability as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: PharmD required
- Experience: 3–5 years of inpatient patient-care experience; 3–5 years of management/leadership experience; experience with direct bedside care/inpatient clinical experience
- License: Licensed to practice in WA is required or in process and expected to receive license in WA
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
Compensation
$165,000–$174,000 per year
