Marketing Operations Coordinator

Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Richmond, VA, McLean, VA or NYC - order of preference.
Pay Rate: $35-40/hr on W2 without benefits
Duration: 12 months - Contract to hire possible

Overview:
Team is managing SaaS tool. Operating configuring those tools for associates in their dept. includes setting up and configuring these platforms, managing user access (who gets permissions), helping teammates and external partners use them, and monitoring things like usage and licensing (for example, tracking how many images are being used).

The person will primarily manage and support a set of marketing SaaS tools-such as Figma, Google Drive, Slack, Sprinklr, Adobe Stock, and Getty Images-including configuring them, managing user access, and supporting internal teams and external partners. In addition, the role involves monitoring usage (such as tracking image licensing), assisting system administrators with day-to-day tool operations, and maintaining an internally built CMS by publishing and updating web pages based on creative assets provided by the design team. Overall, the work is heavily operational and system-focused, combining marketing technology support with content production and administrative coordination.They have Getty images where they manage all users
They have couple of other platform where other individuals are involved which are move high maintenance. Everythig is within marketing operations so looking for MO expeornece and subsystem administration in SaaS products. SaaS platforms they use are Figma, Adobe, Getty, Google drive, CMS.
They use their internal CMS tool (Chariot)

Must Have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, platform administration, or IT support-specifically within a creative, brand, or marketing environment
Hands-on experience navigating and managing Content Management Systems (CMS)
Familiarity with the specific tooling ecosystem: Figma, and Getty/Adobe Stock, Sprinklr

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
A proactive mindset with the ability to context-switch across multiple platforms while maintaining organized records and reporting
Experience in marketing operations will be prioritized
Experience w/ tech administrator in SaaS products experience preferred
