What you will be doing:
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-based digital marketing initiatives across key channels (email, web, paid media).
Design, deploy, and rigorously analyse targeted email campaigns, focusing on segmentation and persuasive copywriting.
Partner with teams to create compelling marketing content, including thought leadership, sales enablement tools, and legal staffing/talent case studies.
Ensure strict brand consistency across all collateral, applying visual branding principles and adhering to global standards with design teams.
Align with global/regional stakeholders on campaign goals and timelines, and diligently track and report KPIs for data-driven improvement.
Develop marketing assets and messaging for talent acquisition campaigns and actively contribute to both organic and paid social media strategies.
What our client is looking for:
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on marketing, preferably in staffing, legal talent, or legal services.
Prior experience in a US-based or global corporate structure.
Confidence in developing and crafting professional, client-facing materials.
Proficient in email marketing, web platforms, and CRM tools (Marketo/Salesforce a plus).
Familiarity with basic design/branding tools (e.g., Canva).
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive results with minimal supervision, and lead campaigns in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
Must be based in South Africa and capable of effective cross-time-zone collaboration.
Desirable knowledge includes legal industry marketing, digital campaign insight (lead generation
urturing), and social media marketing exposure.
