Up to $4500 + AWS

Accounts Payable Responsibilities

Prepare vendor reconciliation and payment schedule

Ensure all payments are properly authorised with supported documentation

Check and key in all purchase invoices, ensure correct account allocations and compliance with GST

Maintain vendor register and vendor data in accounting system

Assist with month-end closing processes

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities

Monthly AR Invoicing

Prepare statement of account

Cash receipts

Project Responsibilities

Ensure all awarded projects are correctly setup in accounting system

Keep track of all agreements/contracts/purchase orders fully executed with authorised signatory(s)

Human Resources Responsibilities

Check weekly employees’ timesheets in accounting system

Check monthly employees’ expense claims in accounting system

Maintain employees’ record, annual leave and MC record

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent

Minimum 4 years of working experiences in general accounting

Good understanding of accounting principles and practices

Hands‑on experience in accounting software is a must

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Meticulous, detailed‑oriented and well‑organized with strong analytical and numerical skills

Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in English (Must)

Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work well under tight deadlines

Positive work attitudes, responsible and willingness to learn

Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
