Job Title: Customer Marketing & Strategic Insights Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Customer Marketing Specialist to drive local engagement through compelling storytelling and high-impact presentations. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the regional commercial team, leveraging market trends and consumer insights to create uncommon, memorable customer experiences. You will be responsible for translating complex data into logical, persuasive arguments that support both proactive innovation days and reactive customer-driven projects. The ideal candidate possesses a genuine passion for the food and beverage industry and excels at leading through influence across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Storytelling: Develop and deliver differentiated customer presentations that highlight local market insights, emerging trends, and innovative product opportunities.
• Project Support: Drive the marketing components of proactive and reactive projects to increase the success rate of new business opportunities.
• Insights & Analysis: Digest information from diverse marketing and data sources to identify future growth areas. Monitor consumer trends and category initiatives to keep the portfolio ahead of the curve.
• Collateral Creation: Design compelling marketing materials, including one-pagers, brochures, trend reviews, and multimedia content, ensuring all output is brand-aligned and impactful.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact between technical, category, and commercial teams to integrate diverse inputs (e.g., technical data into marketing narratives) for a cohesive customer message.
• Event Management: Support the planning and execution of innovation days and customer-facing events to showcase sensory solutions in an engaging environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related Scientific field (e.g., Food Science).
• Experience: * Proven experience in market analysis, communication campaigns, and concept development.
• Experience in the Flavor, Scent, or Food Ingredient industries is strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: * Mastery of presentation software and the ability to present confidently to executive-level customers.Ability to translate raw data into commercially relevant narratives.
• Attributes: * A "can-do" attitude with the ability to embrace and deliver change.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence multiple departments without direct authority.
• A genuine passion for the culinary, beverage, and sensory markets.
