Sales Account Executive

Lakeside HR Group has been engaged by our client to recruit for a Sales Account Executive to join their team. Our client is a dedicated landscape design team specializing in creating functional, environmentally friendly, cost-effective, and visually appealing outdoor spaces for commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support client relationships to generate revenue
New business development
Quality assurance
Consult on marketing and advertising
Work with operations team to develop proper client work scope and job plans
Represent the company at trade shows, client functions, golf events, etc.
Client entertainment and relationship management
Required Skills:
Sales experience in snow removal, landscaping, or outdoor services
Experience working with commercial properties and understanding their needs
Proven ability to find leads, close deals, and meet sales goals
Comfortable with cold calls, site visits, and client follow-up
Able to negotiate pricing and contracts confidently
Works well with operations teams to deliver great service
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiar with using CRM tools to stay organized
