Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will support a variety of marketing activities including digital marketing, content development, trade shows, sales support, and internal communications. This is an entry-level position ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career professional interested in B2B industrial marketing.
This role offers the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of industrial markets, customer applications, products, and go-to-market strategies while supporting day-to-day marketing activities. The position is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of the business, including products, customers, industries, and sales processes, while building foundational marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, and digital advertising channels
Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, flyers, email content, and website copy
Coordinate trade show activities, including promotional items, booth materials, shipping, registration, and post-show follow-up
Help maintain and update company websites, landing pages, and digital content
Track and report on marketing campaign performance, website traffic, email metrics, and lead generation activities
Support social media scheduling and content calendar management
Support market research, competitor analysis, and customer research
Assist with CRM updates, lead tracking, and sales support activities
Coordinate with internal teams, outside vendors, agencies, and graphic designers to ensure projects are completed on time
Provide administrative support for the marketing team as needed
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
0 to 3 years of marketing, internship, or related experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn
Basic understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or marketing automation tools is a plus
Interest in manufacturing, industrial products, automation, or B2B marketing is preferred
Spanish or Japanese language skills are a plus. Additional language skills are also a plus
Ability to travel up to 30% as needed for meetings, events, or other business needs.
