We are seeking an experienced Director of Concessions for the Las Vegas Convention Center located in Las Vegas, NV! Offered salary range: $100,000 - $115,000
Overview

Step into a role puts you at the heart of event-day energy, where food, beverage, and guest experience come together. You’ll lead operations, inspire teams, and make sure every detail, from service to staffing, runs seamlessly, leaving a lasting impression on every guest.
The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range:

$61,710 per year - $79,860 per year

What you’ll bring

Hands-on experience in food and beverage operations, with large-scale venue or stadium exposure a strong plus.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to hire, train, and motivate diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a talent for handling challenges quickly and professionally.
Solid knowledge of food safety and health regulations to ensure compliance and top-quality service delivery.
Flexibility to thrive in an event-driven schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Education Requirement: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
Management Experience: 3-5 years
Related Experience: 3-5 years
