The Media Planner will be responsible for transforming strategy and creative concepts into structured, solid, and commercially consistent media plans.
You will work at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and revenue, ensuring that each plan is viable, measurable, and defensible in front of international brands and agencies.
This position requires strong analytical capacity, structured thinking, and a deep understanding of social-first and branded content planning.
Responsibilities

Media Planning
Develop complete media plans in Excel (formats, platforms, schedules, phases, deliverables, volumes, and pricing)
Translate qualitative ideas and creative concepts into structured and client-ready plans
Test commercial viability, pricing logic, and delivery risks
Define KPIs and structure the measurement logic
Ensure the plan is aligned with campaign objectives and revenue goals
Multifunctional Collaboration
Work in partnership with Sales to ensure alignment with commercial goals
Collaborate with Strategy to reflect audience insights and cultural context
Align with Creative and Production to ensure realistic and executable plans
Coordinate with Client Services to ensure efficient transition to execution
Work with the Data & Insights department to structure measurement and reporting
Commercial Rigor and Quality
Review and improve plans developed by other areas
Ensure clarity, logic, and strong commercial narrative in materials sent to clients
Ensure alignment with internal pricing and inventory rules
Anticipate risks, gaps, and inefficiencies before client presentation
What We Are Looking For

More than 4 years of experience in media planning or partnership planning
Advanced Excel (indispensable requirement)
Experience with social-first and branded content
Strong analytical capacity and strategic thinking
Understanding of KPIs, audience segmentation, and phased planning
Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders
Fluent English (essential — position serves the American market)
Differentials

Experience with social publishers or creator-led media
Experience negotiating with agencies
Experience serving international clients
In-depth knowledge of metrics such as engagement rate, retention, and watch time
