Job Overview
As the CRM Campaign Manager for Banter, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, strategy, deployment, testing, and iteration for Banter's foundational Emails and SMS while working closely with the other CRM Managers to complete a holistic communications calendar. You will report into the Sr. Director, CRM for Signet’s Style Brand Family.

Responsibilities

Own Email and SMS for Banter to ensure programs are set up for YoY revenue and list growth. Includes obtaining approvals of monthly calendars, leading the charge to ensure the correct branded customer experience through storytelling, managing testing schedules, and maintaining a deep understanding of performance drives and drags within each channel.

Collaborate to deliver creative briefs, provide feedback to agency partners, and ensure successful execution and delivery of emails.

Own CRM governance as it relates to pop-ups and email and SMS best practices.

Partner with other CRM Campaign Managers to bring to life a holistic CRM strategy.

Monitor competitive CRM communications and share insights across Signet brands.

Qualifications

A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in email planning and execution.

Experience in Email and SMS execution, preferably in a retail or similarly fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with email builds, deliverability best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

Experience with audience segmentation and personalization.

Proven experience in marketing planning and execution, including calendar building, email design, segmentation, deployment, and reporting.

Experience working with marketing automation workflows to deliver timely, personalized messages.

Strong experience with channel execution tools (e.g. ESP, Sailthru, Attentive, Movable Ink).

Experience working cross-functionally and with agencies to execute marketing campaigns.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, ecomm, and technical teams.

A detail-oriented approach to work with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Strong analytical skills, able to analyze campaign performance data (e.g., Adobe Analytics), identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing campaign configuration, QA, and deployment.

Experience with A/B testing and other testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Salary range for this opportunity is $100,000 - $105,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
