What the Role Involves
The Marketing Manager, Innovation will lead the innovation pipeline for the company's consumer brands. This includes product development, market research, pricing, and commercialization. The role requires cross‑functional collaboration with Brand, Sales Strategy, R&D, and Project Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new product opportunities using consumer and category insights.
Lead product development from concept through launch, including positioning and pricing.
Utilize data and market research to guide product sizing and launch decisions.
Evaluate new products financially to maximize revenue and profit.
Develop persuasive sales and internal communication materials.
Serve as project lead for cross‑functional initiatives and support production planning.
Collaborate with brand teams to ensure alignment with brand purpose.
Manage market research projects to generate actionable consumer insights.
What You Bring
5+ years of brand or product management experience in a CPG environment with a focus on new product innovation.
Proven leadership of an innovation pipeline and experience launching products.
Strong knowledge of positioning, brand development, and strategic marketing.
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative market research.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to craft compelling ideas.
Ability to translate consumer insights into brand and product strategy.
Financial acumen to assess cost versus value and drive profitability.
Problem‑solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional teams such as R&D, brand, and project management.
Project management experience in fast‑paced environments.
Creative yet pragmatic, balancing innovation with business realities.
Compensation Range
$120,000‑$140,000 annually, based on role, level, and location.
