VP Brand

This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for defining and scaling a bold, emotionally resonant brand within a fast-growing direct-to-consumer environment. You will shape brand vision, positioning, and storytelling while ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects a cohesive and differentiated identity. The role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and performance, with direct impact on demand generation, conversion, and long-term customer loyalty. You will translate product strategy and merchandising vision into compelling narratives that drive both emotional connection and commercial outcomes. Working closely with founders and senior leaders, you will help elevate brand storytelling into a key growth engine. Accountabilities:

Define and evolve the long-term brand strategy, positioning, tone, and creative direction in partnership with executive leadership
Translate merchandising plans and product strategy into compelling storytelling frameworks that drive demand and conversion
Own the end-to-end brand narrative across product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key marketing moments
Ensure consistency of brand expression across all channels, including digital, social, paid media, and customer touchpoints
Lead creative development across content, design, photography, video, and copy to ensure high-quality, high-performing brand assets
Oversee integrated go-to-market campaigns in collaboration with ecommerce, marketing, and product teams
Build and scale content and storytelling systems that support customer acquisition, retention, and multi-category engagement
Define and monitor brand performance metrics, leveraging insights and data to optimize creative impact and strategy
Lead influencer, PR, social, and community strategies as integrated growth and awareness drivers
Manage and develop a high-performing creative and brand team, fostering a strong, collaborative, and performance-driven culture
Requirements:

10+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or creative leadership within high-growth, consumer-focused environments
Proven experience in leading brand development and creative execution in DTC or ecommerce-driven businesses
Strong background in women's apparel, intimates, or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to build and scale brand storytelling frameworks that drive both emotional engagement and revenue growth
Experience leading creative teams across design, copy, content, and production functions
Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, including PDP optimization, customer journey design, and conversion drivers
Ability to combine creative intuition with analytical rigor, using data to inform decisions and optimize performance
Proven leadership experience partnering with founders and executive teams in fast-scaling organizations
Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to inspire teams and align cross-functional stakeholders
Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Deep passion for mission-driven, community-centered brands and customer-centric storytelling
