Sales Associate / Business Development

We’re looking for driven, fast-learning individuals who want to be in the middle of real deals. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (or just out of school) who is hungry, competitive, and eager to build a strong foundation in sales, finance, and client strategy.

You’ll work directly with companies raising capital, helping them navigate marketing and investor outreach — while developing high-value deal experience from day one.

What You’ll Do

Generate and qualify new leads (companies seeking growth and capital solutions)

Manage and nurture an active pipeline of prospects

Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups) with a structured daily cadence

Tailor sales conversations and presentations based on each client’s business and goals

Track activity and performance (daily call reports, pipeline updates, deal progress)

Stay informed on market trends, investor behavior, and industry dynamics

Collaborate with the team to move deals forward and close opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Hungry, self‑motivated, and eager to win

Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly

Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and concise)

Sales experience preferred, but not required

Interest in finance, capital markets, or investment strategy is a plus

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple opportunities at once

Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Economics or related field) is a plus
