Oxford Solutions is working with a client to hire a Digital Marketing Manager for a contract opportunity. This is a hybrid role with a mix of onsite and remote work (remote Mondays and Fridays).
This position focuses on leading digital marketing strategy and execution across multiple performance channels while overseeing reporting, optimization, and team direction.
Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution across paid media channels including search, display, affiliate, and email marketing
Manage campaign performance, budgets, forecasting, and reporting
Analyze campaign data to drive optimization and improve ROI across channels
Partner with internal teams to enhance digital content, customer experience, and campaign effectiveness
Oversee marketing automation and support ongoing improvements in segmentation and personalization
Develop and maintain marketing plans, testing strategies, and campaign roadmaps
Lead larger marketing initiatives and contribute to expanding in-house digital capabilities
Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with broader business goals
Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring high-quality execution and professional development
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related area preferred
3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing
Strong background in paid media, campaign analytics, and optimization
Experience with marketing automation and data-driven campaign strategy
Ability to manage budgets, reporting, and performance metrics
Prior experience leading or mentoring team members
Strong communication and collaboration skills across business functions
