Position Overview
We are seeking a Communications & Marketing Coordinator to support our Director of Communications in building and executing a strong, consistent brand presence both internally and externally. This role blends marketing, content creation, digital communications, and light administrative support.

The ideal candidate will help manage and grow our company's full marketing funnel, from awareness to engagement to retention while ensuring clear, consistent communication across all platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who is either early in their marketing career and eager to grow, or an experienced professional who can operate at a higher strategic level.

We leverage modern tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, and are open to adopting additional technologies to support success.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Content Creation
Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across email, social media, and web platforms
Create engaging content including graphics, short-form videos, posts, and written copy
Support brand storytelling and ensure consistency across all external communications
Help manage content calendars and schedule posts across platforms
Track engagement metrics and provide insights for improvement and optimization
Funnel & Campaign Support

Support initiatives across the full marketing funnel (awareness, engagement, conversion, retention)
Assist in campaign development and execution for branding and customer engagement
Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and audience growth strategies
Internal Communications

Help develop and distribute internal communications, announcements, and company updates
Support creation and organization of internal documents, presentations, and training materials
Assist the Director of Communications with company-wide messaging consistency
Administrative & Operational Support (Light)

Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general office support as needed
Help maintain organized digital files and shared marketing assets
Support basic reporting and documentation efforts
Brand Presence & Reputation

Monitor online presence and assist with responses to reviews or public feedback
Help maintain a strong, professional, and consistent brand image across platforms
Support community engagement efforts, events, or outreach activities when needed
Qualifications:

Prior experience in marketing, communications, administrative support, or customer-facing roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Experience with Canva or similar content creation tools preferred
Interest in or familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Experience in construction, trades, or industrial environments is helpful but not required
