Captiva Marketing is actively searching for intern(s) to support our growing Multimedia team in Summer 2026. The Multimedia Intern position requires relevant and proven experience or coursework in set work, video editing, or animation. You will work closely and directly within the Multimedia team and alongside our Design, Development, Social and Search teams to support an array of video services for our clients that support strategic goals, foster brand awareness, and captivate audiences through creative initiatives across multiple viewership platforms.
In this role, you will leverage your baseline skills while continuing to develop your craft, discover new career opportunities, and find your passion for visual storytelling. As part of a full-service marketing agency, you will benefit from exposure to cross-team collaboration. On the day-to‑day, you will be primarily assisting our Multimedia team to create memorable videos that drive lasting brand value and impact. You will go hands‑on with exposure to commercial sets and building a mental toolkit for high pressure situations. In the edit bay, you’ll build asset management skills and craft content storylines, pull dailies, and constantly improve your knack for polish, pacing, and style. You’ll also work alongside our animation team when appropriate, to prep files, and generally become familiar with their craft and process.
You will be joining an existing team of 4 multimedia professionals at Captiva Marketing, full‑time preferred, in our St. Louis office (local candidates preferred). Hybrid work environment is available, but this is not a fully remote position. We offer paid internships, as well as non‑paid internships that may be needed for college program requirements. Submissions without a reel and/or portfolio will not be considered. Feel free to review samples of our work at
